Find, rename, duplicate and archive brandbooks

The Brandbooks page lists every brandbook you can access.

Use the tabs All brandbooks, Published, Drafts and Archived (and Shared with me if you're not a workspace admin). Filter by brand, search by title or brand name, and switch between grid and list.

• Open editor, View live, Share & publish

• Rename and Duplicate — a duplicate is an unpublished draft called "(copy)" that's only visible to invited people

• Save as template

• Archive… / Restore (workspace admins)

Archiving takes the live link offline but keeps the draft, version history and files. Restore brings it back; publish again to make it live.
