Archive or delete files

Archive hides a file from the library. Brandbooks that already use it keep working. Turn on the Archive view to find it again and Restore it.

Delete permanently is only possible when nothing refers to the file — no draft, no brand setting and no current or earlier publication. Otherwise you'll see a message that the file is still used; archive it instead.
