Create your first brandbook

Pick a brand, a name and a template — the editor opens with real pages to fill in.

Go to Brandbooks and click New brandbook. The wizard has four short steps.

  1. Brand — which brand is this brandbook for? Workspace admins can create a new brand here too.

  2. Name — for example Core identity, Brand guidelines or Tone of voice.

  3. Template — choose a built-in template, one of your saved templates, or Start blank.

  4. Style (optional) — add a logo, main colour and heading font. These are saved to the brand, so every brandbook of that brand uses them.

Click Create & open editor. You can also choose Skip style & create on the template step.

Who can create brandbooks?

Workspace owners and admins, and people who are Editor on the brand.
