Workspaces, brands, brandbooks, pages and blocks
The five building blocks of Brandbooks in one minute.
Updated 29 September 2026
Workspace
Your company, studio or agency. People, brands, files and templates belong to a workspace. You can be part of several workspaces.
Brand
A brand has its own brand style (colours, fonts, logo, corners) and its own files. Agencies typically create one brand per client.
Brandbook
A set of guidelines for one brand, such as Core identity or a campaign playbook. A brand can have many brandbooks. Each brandbook has a draft and, once published, a live version.
Page
A brandbook has up to 60 pages. Each page has a title, a short description and its own web address.
Block
Pages are built from blocks: text, colours, typography, logo files, images, downloads and more — up to 120 blocks per page.
