“This brandbook isn't available”

Why a live link doesn't open, and how to fix it.

A reader sees this message when one of these is true:

  • The brandbook isn't published, was unpublished or is archived.

  • The link was rotated — old links stop working.

  • The brandbook is set to Invited people and the reader has no access, or is signed in with a different email address.

Fix it

  • Publish (or restore and publish) the brandbook.

  • Share the current link from Share & publish.

  • Invite the reader, or switch to Anyone with the link if the content isn't confidential.
