I can't find a brandbook or brand

Usually it's the workspace, a filter or access.

  1. Check the workspace — use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. You may be in another workspace.

  2. Clear filters — on the Brandbooks page, check the tab (for example Archived), the brand filter and the search field.

  3. Check your access — members only see brands and brandbooks they've been given access to. Ask a workspace admin.

  4. Viewer? — viewers see live brandbooks only, not drafts or the editor.
