Invitation links and emails

When email sending is set up for Brandbooks, the invitation is emailed. If it isn't — or sending fails — you get a Share this invitation link dialog with a copy button, so you can send the link yourself.

• An invitation link is valid for 7 days and works once.

• It only works for the invited email address. Someone signed in with another address is asked to sign in with the invited one.

• The invited person clicks Accept invitation — or creates an account first.

Pending invitations show whether they were emailed. Choose New invitation link to replace an expired or lost link (the old one stops working), or Revoke invitation to cancel it.
