Invite people

Add colleagues to the workspace, or give someone access to one brand or brandbook.

To the workspace

Go to Team, enter an email address and choose Member or Admin. Members don't see anything until you give them access to a brand or brandbook.

To one brandbook or brand

  1. Open Share & publish of the brandbook and go to People (or the People tab of a brand).

  2. Enter the email address and choose Editor or Viewer.

  3. For a brandbook, choose the scope: This brandbook only or All brandbooks of the brand.

If the person is already in the workspace, they get access immediately. Otherwise they receive an invitation — see "Invitation links and emails".
