The live link

Share it, open it, or replace it with a new one.

Each brandbook gets its own live link with a long random code, like brandbooks.app/b/… The link stays the same when you publish new versions, so you can share it once.

In Share & publish you'll find the Live link with a copy button and Open brandbook.

Rotate the link

Shared a link with the wrong people? Workspace admins can choose Rotate live link. The brandbook gets a new link and all old links stop working. Share the new link with the right people.
