Unpublish or archive a brandbook

In Share & publish, choose Unpublish. The live brandbook goes offline immediately: its link and file downloads stop working. The draft and version history are kept, so you can publish again at any time.

Workspace admins can Archive… a brandbook from its card menu. That also takes it offline and moves it to the Archived tab. Restore it before you can publish it again.
