Version history and restoring a version

See every publication and go back to an earlier one.

Open Share & publish and go to Version history. Each version shows its number, who published it, when, and the note. The current one is marked Live.

Go back to an earlier version

  1. Click Restore as draft on the version you want.

  2. Your draft is replaced by that version and the editor opens. The live brandbook doesn't change yet.

  3. Check it, then publish. It becomes a new version.
