How we keep the brand in shape

Which file do I use for what?
Website, app, social, presentations: SVG (RGB). Flyers, posters, magazines: CMYK logo, PDF from your layout program. Signage, merchandise, embroidery, screen print: Pantone logo; ask the studio for the outlined vector file. Word, PowerPoint, email: PNG at twice the size you need, fonts Georgia and Arial. Fonts: Newsreader and Inter from Google Fonts (free, SIL Open Font License).
Where do templates and source files live?
This guide holds the final files. Editable templates (InDesign, Canva, Word, PowerPoint) are in the shared drive under Brand > Templates; ask the design studio for access. Never keep your own copies of the logo on your desktop: they go out of date.
What needs approval?
Anything printed in more than 500 copies, all co-branding with partners, signage and anything with a new illustration. Send it to the brand manager at least five working days before the deadline. Posters and posts made from our templates don't need approval.
